ESOT Patient Inclusion Initiative

At ESOT, we believe that people with transplants should be at the heart of everything we do.

The Patient Inclusion Initiative bring together a network of transplant patient organisations from across Europe, known as the ESOT-ETPO (European Transplant Patient Organisations) Alliance, to ensure that the patient voice is heard, valued and acted upon.

Through the Alliance, we work to:

• Strengthen collaboration and dialogue between patients and healthcare professionals.

• Ensure meaningful representation of patients within ESOT’s activities and decision-making

• Promote health and quality of life across the transplant community

The initiative is designed to integrate patient perspectives into ESOT’s professional work, including congresses, clinical guidelines, and research agendas, while fully respecting the independence of the patient organisations in the Alliance.
